What are NCUA and FFIEC Audits?

“The National Credit Union Administration is an independent federal agency that insures deposits at federally insured credit unions, protects the members who own credit unions, and charters and regulates federal credit unions.” (National Credit Union Administration)

FFIEC stands for the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council. “The Council is a formal interagency body empowered to prescribe uniform principles, standards, and report forms for the federal examination of financial institutions by multiple federal institutions.” (Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council)

Most people have no idea what most of this means and those that do could easily miss little parts that are needed for the audits. Let Secure Network make sure that you are compliant with both the NCUA and FFIEC standards. To learn more about how Secure Network can help you be compliant with your industry.
